Visita al patrimonio industrial del río Ebre (Flix y Xerta) y excavaciones en la Catedral de Tortosa

La Agrupación de Arquitectos para la Defensa y la Intervención en el Patrimonio Arquitectónico (AADIPA) ha programado una visita dedicada a las arquitecturas generadas a partir del aprovechamiento del río Ebre, que tendrá lugar el sábado 16 de septiembre de 2017. La jornada ha sido organizada por Cinta Masdeu, vocal de la Demarcación del Ebre de AADIPA.
El punto de encuentro será la Central hidroeléctrica de Flix, a las 10 h. Durante la mañana se visitará la Central hidroeléctrica, El Barrio Internacional, y por la tarde veremos el conjunto patrimonial de Assut de Xerta y las excavaciones arqueológicas que se están llevando a cabo frente a la Catedral de Tortosa.
La comida se hará en el restaurante Casa Ceremines y la jornada se prevé que finalice sobre las 18 h.
El precio de la visita es de 27 € para los miembros de la AADIPA y de 30 € para el resto de asistentes.

Catalonia agrees to develop a National Deal for Urban Renewal

The Generalitat government agreed, last 1st August, the impulse to the creation of the National Agreement for the Urban Renovation of Catalonia.
The aim of the future deal is to turn around the actual urban renewal situation in Catalonia and Spain, two of the territories where less rehabilitations are held from all around Europe. To do so, a transversal, integral an complete perspective of the urban renewal is adopted, either from the interventions in public and private space and its effects on the people's quality of life.
The Architects Association of Catalonia (COAC) proposed the initiative, which was born as a result of the debates celebrated through the Architecture Congress 2016, and was brought to the Department of Governation, Public Administration and Housing as well as to the Department of Territory and Sustainability. (Consult the proposal of agreement approved by the Catalan Government Board March 2017).
Due to the reality of the field, both departments considered the COAC's document was appropiate and necessary and agreed to start elaborating a national agreement. Additionally, the Architects Association of Catalonia assumed the secretary functions, which develop the coordination of the Impulse Group, the Strategic Council and the Deal Table. It also contemplated the the creation of a documentary file regarding the challenges and the areas of work undertaken, as well as the expert's involvement and the concretion of the agreement measures.
The future deal is born with supports of many kinds and the participation of multiple departments from the Generalitat, such as Health, Business and Knowledge, Culture, Education, Economy or Work; from public administrations like Barcelona City Hall, Diputacions or town associations, professional organizations, public bussinesses, trade unions and enterprises and agents from the university field, just to mention some of them.
The agreement, key to renew cities and people's lives
The aim of the agreement is none but to define a new framework for public policies (economical, legislative or social) and for private initiatives related to urban renewal and rehabilitation. More especifically, the goals are set in the following areas: welfare and comfort of people, social cohesion, prevention and correction of inequalities and vulnerabilities, energetic transition and drecrease of CO2 emissions, circular economy, introduction of new and better compensations, access to housing and application of new technologies.
The National deal for Urban Renewal will also be written according to the Sustainable Development Goals, the Paris Agreement and the Urban Agenda of Catalonia, this last one run by the Department of Territory and Sustainability so as to adapt the guidelines of the Urban Sustainable Development of the UN to the Catalan reality.

Next 5th September at 5pm, Councelor of Governation, Public Administration and Housing, Meritxell Borràs; Councelor of Territory and Sustainability, Josep Rull; and dean of the Architects Association of Catalonia, Lluís Comerón, will present the government's agreement and the deal's goals.

ACTO POSPUESTO: La Ley de la Arquitectura. Puntos clave y nuevas oportunidades

Por motivos de agenda, se ha pospuesto el acto previsto para el 19 de septiembre. Tan pronto tengamos programada una nueva fecha, se publicará en la web.
El próximo martes 19 de septiembre a las 19 h tendrá lugar en la Sala de Actos del Colegio de Arquitectos una jornada sobre la Ley de la Arquitectura, aprobada por el Parlamento de Catalunya el pasado 28 de junio, y que entró en vigor el 2 de agosto.
El acto estará presidido por el decano del COAC, Lluís Comerón, y contará con la participación de Meritxell Roigé, diputada del Parlamento de Catalunya (Junts pel Sí) y miembro de la Comisión de Territorio; Jordi Gosalves, decano del Colegio de Aparejadores, Arquitectos Técnicos e Ingenieros de Edificación de Barcelona; Agustí Serra, director general de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo de la Generalitat; Sebastià Jornet, presidente de la Agrupación de Arquitectos Urbanistas de Catalunya del COAC (AAUC); Ramón Sanabria, presidente de la asociación Arquitectos por la Arquitectura (AxA); y Lluís Laguna, responsable de Estudios y Planes Sectoriales del Departamento de Territorio y Sostenibilidad de la Generalitat.
Finalmente, se abrirá un turno abierto de preguntas y debate con los asistentes.

Visat 100% digital

Tal com anunciàvem fa uns mesos, durant aquest mes de setembre, i després de 15 anys de la implantació del visat telemàtic, el COAC posarà en marxa el visat 100% digital. Aquest canvi permetrà que tots els arquitectes puguin organitzar-se el seu propi arxiu digital, amb la documentació dels seus projectes ordenada en fitxers PDF, facilitant així la gestió d’arxiu. Així mateix, permetrà estar preparat per poder treballar amb l’Administració per via telemàtica (obligatòria a partir de l’octubre de l’any vinent), com ja passa per exemple amb els IITs de l’Ajuntament de Barcelona.
Els arquitectes que habitualment tramiten els seus expedients en paper tenen a la seva disposició un servei de suport i acompanyament per facilitar tant l’edició dels documents en format PDF com l’ús del portal de tràmits telemàtics del COAC. Tot i així, qui ho desitgi podrà optar per seguir portant la documentació en paper, utilitzant el servei de digitalització del Col·legi.
EINES DE SUPORT
1.- Sessions de formació
Els dies 13-14 i 27-28 de setembre tindran lloc les properes sessions de formació per generar PDFs de la documentació tècnica i conèixer el funcionament del portal telemàtic. Cal inscripció prèvia.
Els col·legiats podran realitzar el primer visat telemàtic a qualsevol de les oficines de Visat amb l'ajuda d'un tècnic del COAC. Caldrà reservar cita prèiva (properament s’informarà amb més detall de com fer-ho).
3.- Manuals i tutorials
Tota la documentació per conèixer el funcionament del visat telemàtic la trobareu a la pàgina web específica de suport al visat 100% digital.
4.- Atenció telefònica
Al telèfon habitual d’atenció a l’arquitecte 93 306 78 03.
5.- Servei de digitalització de documents
Per als arquitectes que optin per seguir portant la documentació en paper, el Col·legi disposarà d’un servei de digitalització de documents. El servei serà de pagament i els terminis de revisió seran una mica més llargs perquè inclouran el procés de digitalització.
