The project is a new way of action that promotes a strong synergy between Landscape Architecture and Social Inclusion. It is an high quality experience in European emerging theme of Working Inclusion and Refugee Integration. The project is built by a group of students 18-25 years old (reported by Social Services) who learn crafts of gardening and building construction through the Building School Approach. During last years 120 students have been trained with workshop (making prototypes and semi-finished object), building site works (installation and finishing) and stages at construction companies, achieving a work contract (42%). The BSA makes students protagonists of a suburban places regeneration. Students build sculpture-furniture covered by a ceramic shapes and wooden platforms to host a small arena for concerts, a places of recreation, and a garden of the” ancient games”. Tomorrow landscape is an opportunity for urban regeneration and social inclusion and this exciting future is possible.
