"DECARBONISING ARCHITECTURE" CONFERENCE IS BACK ON 5-6 NOVEMBER!
After four editions focused on placing the decarbonisation of architecture at the heart of the professional debate, this year we want to take the conversation a step further by moving from policy framework and awareness to
real-world implementation. Under the title
"The Future of Housing in Europe: From Policy to Implementation", this edition will focus on an urgent challenge that is also full of opportunities: how to tacke the climate emergency and the housing crisis at the same time.
This year's conference will take place at COAC on
Thursday, November 5th and will bring together architects, public administration representatives, policymakers and other key stakeholders to discuss the
enabling conditions needed to turn this paradigm shift into reality.
The following day,
Friday, November 6th, the programme will be complemented by
guided visits to a range of best-practice examples. This activity, wich was very well received last year, will once again be offered in 2026, providing a firsthand look at sustainable new-build and renovation projects.
