Últims dies per inscriure's als postgraus de rehabilitació de l'Escola Sert

Segons els informes Euroconstruct que publica l’ITEC, la rehabilitació és una activitat i un mercat capaç de créixer a un ritme constant durant els propers anys. La confiança en la recuperació del sector de la construcció a través de l’activitat de la rehabilitació és absoluta.
És per això que l'Escola Sert COAC continua donant impuls al Postgrau en Rehabilitació (inici: 7 de novembre), el qual aborda aquesta temàtica a partir del coneixement de les tècniques constructives tradicionals analitzant totes les fases presents en un projecte de rehabilitació (inspecció, instal·lacions, estructura, gestió, etc.).
Així mateix, també es desenvolupa el Postgrau en Rehabilitar des de l’Estructura (inici: 1 de desembre), que proporciona a l’arquitecte la formació necessària per desenvolupar amb garanties qualsevol projecte de consolidació o reforç estructural, prestant una atenció especial a les intervencions basades en l’ús de l’acer.

Presentación en la librería de la Cooperativa d'Arquitectes Jordi Capell de la "Guia de arquitectura 48H Open House BCN 2014".
Presentaran el acto Dani Crespo, arquitecto del festival, Fernando Gil, arquitecto del Marquet 2014 y Eulàlia Figuerola, arquitecta de GBCE.
El acto estará presidido por Elisenda Bonet, directora del festival de arquitectura 48H Open House BCN.

Times are changing rapidly and so is our profession. The traditional figure of the architect is being transformed into an increasingly diversified and more open profession, in which young professionals are constantly reinventing themselves and taking advantage of the diversity of knowledge provided by architectural studies and their application in other fields.
In an ever more global world that is constantly changing, channels of communication have become essential tools for carving out a niche in the labour market. The task of communicating has become a hugely important tool in the profession of the architect, and this knowledge is not necessarily available in universities.
mARQet was established with the specific objective of helping young architects in this challenging task of communication—and what better channel could there be than the market itself, the epitome of trade?
Following the success of its first edition, mARQet aims to continue providing support and improving year after year. It has therefore been decided to transfer mARQet to Arts Santa Mònica, a central and very visible venue, accompanied by a series of side events both during the day and in the evening.
The Architects’ Fair will take place on 24, 25 and 26 October, and all you need to do to participate is read the rules and submit your application. Places are open until every available space in Arts Santa Mònica has been filled.
mARQet will be held in the balcony hall, spilling over onto the outside ramp, highlighting its relationship with society and the outside world. The Catalan Government’s support has helped the project grow and flourish, to demonstrate that the profession of the architect is about culture and that we need to nurture, protect and promote it. This year, mARQet coincides with the 9th edition of the AJAC Awards, organized every two years by the Association of Young Architects of Catalonia.
The prize-giving ceremony of the 9th AJAC Awards will be held at Arts Santa Mònica on the evening of Friday 24 October, as part of mARQet’s programme of activities.
