Hoy en día, la eficiencia energética se ha convertido en una obligación normativa y en una necesidad para la sociedad actual. Es por eso, que la implantación de Sistemas de Aislamiento Térmico Exterior (SATE) ha tenido en los últimos años un importante auge que continuará en el futuro dadas las obligaciones e incentivos europeos en materia de eficiencia energética. Esta alta demanda creciente y la falta de mano de obra especializada, convierten en un punto clave que los profesionales de la construcción estén preparados para el “CONTROL Y SEGUIMIENTO DE La EJECUCIÓN DEL SATE”.
En la presente jornada, se aportará los conocimientos y detalles técnicos necesarios para una correcta ejecución del SATE. Se mostrará un método de control, como realizarlo con herramientas fácilmente disponibles, medidas de corrección y las consecuencias de una aplicación no adecuada que deriva en varias patologías del edificio.

Today, energy efficiency has become a regulatory obligation and a necessity for today's society. This is why the implementation of External Thermal Insulation Systems (SATE) has had an important boom in recent years that will continue in the future given the European obligations and incentives in terms of energy efficiency. This high growing demand and the lack of specialized labor make it a key point that construction professionals are prepared for the "CONTROL AND MONITORING OF THE EXECUTION OF THE SATE".
On this day, the knowledge and technical details necessary for a correct execution of the SATE will be provided. A control method will be shown, how to perform it with readily available tools, corrective measures and the consequences of an inappropriate application that leads to various pathologies of the building.

Avui dia, l'eficiència energètica s'ha convertit en una obligació normativa i en una necessitat per a la societat actual. És per això, que la implantació de Sistemes d'Aïllament Tèrmic Exterior (SATE) ha tingut en els últims anys un important auge que continuarà en el futur donades les obligacions i incentius europeus en matèria d'eficiència energètica. Aquesta alta demanda creixent i la falta de mà d'obra especialitzada, converteixen en un punt clau que els professionals de la construcció estiguin preparats per al “CONTROL I SEGUIMENT DE L'EXECUCIÓ DEL SATE”.
En la present jornada, s'aportarà els coneixements i detalls tècnics necessaris per a una correcta execució del SATE. Es mostrarà un mètode de control, com realitzar-lo amb eines fàcilment disponibles, mesures de correcció i les conseqüències d'una aplicació no adequada que deriva en diverses patologies de l'edifici.

Construction vermouth V45 + Competition presentation Tarragona Port Authority
Guided visit to the rehabilitation of the office building of the former Headquarters of the Port Authority, work presented in the Rehabilitation category: Restoration, rehabilitation or reform works of the XII Alejandro de la Sota Biennial, by the architects Elisabet Prat Castellví and Anna Adserà Quesada, P+A Architects SCPP.
In the 1970s, Josep Maria Garreta designed the unique Brutalist-style building to house the Tarragona Port Authority Headquarters. The building was left in disuse for a few years because the offices were too small and they were moved. In an effort to preserve it, a comprehensive rehabilitation project was drawn up to bring it back to life.
It will also be submitted to the Tarragona Port Authority contest for technical assistance for the drafting of the urban transformation project around the APT headquarters, where we will have the intervention of the President of the Port of Tarragona, Saül Garreta Puig.
At the end, the traditional free vermouth will be served.
The visit will begin at 10:30 a.m. and we will meet in front of the offices of the Tarragona Port Authority.
