REhabilita 2016, organitzat pel CAATEEB, compta amb la participació del COAC. La Fira, dirigida a la ciutadania, propietaris individuals i representants de comunitats de propietaris, inclou xerrades i conferències, activitats de difusió i tallers familiars, així com una oficina d'assessorament tècnic oberta al públic.
PARTICIPA! Assessora els ciutadans sobre normativa i ajuts en rehabilitació
Ubicada a l’Oficina de la Rehabilitació de la Fira, l'Assessoria és un espai obert de contacte directe amb la ciutadania i el sector professional, on s'oferirà informació i assessorament sobre la normativa vigent en matèria de rehabilitació i els ajuts als quals es pot optar, així com les intervencions tècniques més necessàries i habituals als edificis de la ciutat.
El COAC hi participa contribuint a què arquitectes especialistes en rehabilitació atenguin les consultes de ciutadans i comunitats de propietaris sobre els seus habitatges, utilitzant per a això recursos informàtics que permetin fer un primer anàlisi ràpid en base a la ubicació de l’edifici, l’aspecte de la seva façana i si està o no afectat per normativa específica municipal. D’aquesta manera, el ciutadà obtindrà informació i recomanacions sobre possibles patologies, accions de manteniment o millora a realitzar, i subvencions a les quals es pot optar.

Architecture Congress 2016. Constructing and disseminating a collective vision for the future of architecture
This year, the Architects’ Association of Catalonia is organising an Architecture Congress which will provide a meeting place for professionals, the general public and institutions to move forward with a new positioning of architecture that facilitates better responses to the new social, environmental and economic challenges facing society now and in the future.
By convening this event, the Association continues a tradition that goes back to 1931. Nine congresses have been organized since then, the last of which was held in 1996 in conjunction with the International Union of Architects (UIA).
The Architecture Congress 2016 is moving away from the usual format for these events, with the aim of opening it and making it more participative. It will begin this June and host events over a six-month period up to November. The key will be the active participation of architects along with the involvement of other professionals and members of the public. The abstracts sent by participants will encourage continuous and open debate on both the Congress website and social media sites. Apart from the online debate, the Congress will include a wide-ranging programme of events in a variety of formats (lectures, competitions, exhibitions, round tables) that will take place at the various regional COAC locations.
From 15 May onwards, you can send your abstract proposal to the Congress Committee. Once published on the website, your abstract will become part of the open debate taking place on the social media and the website. Abstracts should fall under the heading of one of the three core themes of the Congress: context (analysis and explanation of reality), instruments (tools that allow architects to function) and objectives (architectural priorities that must be shared).

Concurso para el diseño de la Publicación de los Premios AJAC X
De los Premios se hace, en cada edición, una publicación-catálogo. La AJAC convoca, por tanto, un concurso para escoger el diseñador de la publicación que recogerá los 30 premiados de esta décima edición. Se hará una edición impresa y una digital.
El jurado de esta edición estará formado por:
- Jaume Prats, arquitecto e investigador.
- Sergio Ibañez, diseñador y socio del estudio setenta.
- Helena Fradera y Julia Doz, ganadoras de la anterior edición y fundadoras de en-parallel.
Para participar en el concurso se solicita un breve currículum y portfolio (formato libre) y una propuesta de honorarios (máximo 1 A4). La fecha límite de presentación es el 21 de septiembre a las 23:59 h, vía correo electrónico. El ganador se hará público en la fiesta de entrega de los Premios AJAC X, el próximo 6 de octubre de 2016.

La sede de Plaça Nova amplía su horario de atención al arquitecto
El servicio de Atención al Arquitecto, ubicado en la 3ª planta de Plaça Nova, dará atención presencial y telefónica (93 306 78 03) de lunes a jueves de 8.30 a 16.30 h y los viernes de 8.30 a 14 h. Este servicio atiende consultas relacionadas con temas de Visado, Secretaría, Asesoría Jurídica y Contabilidad que no requieran de atención técnica.
La ampliación de horarios se hace con el objetivo de mejorar la atención, ofreciendo más comodidad y flexibilidad a los colegiados.
