In the last few years, the Association has supported numerous initiatives to disseminate and recognise Catalan architecture: biennales, competitions, trade shows, awards, compilations of good practices, etc. All these activities have generated hundreds of documents and pictures which, in themselves, provide a showcase of the most outstanding works created by Catalan architects over the past two decades.

In order for the architectural output associated with this series of events to be given the exposure and recognition it deserves, the Association has embarked upon the creation of the Digital Archive of Catalan Architecture.

This archive will contain the most recently created works in Catalonia as well as projects beyond our borders. The Digital Archive enables us to collate and display the images of events such as the Atlas of the European Landscape Biennials, the Architectural Exhibitions held across Catalonia, the gallery of the Competitions Office, ArqCatMón and the 'Manual of Good Practices'.

All of these, in all their diversity, share a strong common denominator: they are examples of good architecture.

While the project is taking place, we are offering access to the images from this series of initiatives which are the embryo of the future Digital Archive of Catalan Architecture.
