Verdict of the XIV Biennial Alejandro de la Sota - Tarragona Architecture Exhibition
The awards ceremony for the 14th Biennial Alejandro de la Sota - Tarragona Architecture Exhibition, the 8th Alejandro de la Sota Award and the 1st Roser Galceran Award was held at the headquarters of the Tarragona Demarcation of the COAC.
The exhibition aims to distinguish the most significant works that have been built in the 2023-2024 biennium in the territorial scope of the Demarcation (counties of Alt Camp, Baix Camp, Baix Penedès, Conca de Barberà, Priorat and Tarragonès).
This year, of the 50 works registered in this Exhibition, the jury has decided to select 15, of which 8 have passed to the next phase as finalist works. Finally, the jury has decided to award 3 works as winners, where one of them has received the eighth Alejandro de la Sota Award and another the first Roser Galceran Award.

The jury unanimously agrees to award the Alejandro de la Sota Award to the work: Habitar la Indústria. Rehabilitation and expansion of the TuvaTèxtil offices (Pont d’Armentera) by NUA arquitectures. Arnau Tiñena Ramos, Ferran Tiñena Guiamet and Maria Rius Ruiz.
1st Roser Galceran Award
Finally, the jury unanimously agrees to award the Roser Galceran Award to the work: Biblioteca per a un arqueòlog (Bonastre) by 2HB, Josep Maria Toldrà Domingo.
