Rehabilitació energètica: una intervenció a mida
La nova construcció, via tecnologia, exigència social o normativa, ja és raonablement eficient. Ara cal millorar l'eficiència del que ja està construït que supera de molt, tant en nombre com en consum energètic, el que s'està construint i es construirà a curt i mitjà termini. Cal rehabilitar energèticament, ja que és una demanda vital, social i econòmica, però cal fer-ho de la forma adequada, analitzant cas per cas el que és possible, convenient, adequat... i no contraproduent.

Curs | Direcció d'obra [2a Edició]
Una part molt rellevant dels projectes és la part del seguiment i direcció de l’obra: un moment clau on es fan visibles les possibles indefinicions o mancances del projecte. Un moment on, si no es sistematitza i coordina amb precisió, se’n pot derivar responsabilitats i patologies posteriors així com tenir clar el paper de cada actor que hi intervé i les seves competències.

Curs | Càlcul i disseny d'instal·lacions fotovoltaiques per autoconsum
L’autoconsum, basat en plaques fotovoltaiques, permet produir, consumir, compartir i emmagatzemar energia de forma més eficient, sostenible i responsable. Els arquitectes hem de preveure en els nostres projecte la implantació d’aquest nous tipus de tecnologies.

On September 6, 2024, at 7 p.m., in the Emili Argilaga room of the Reus Reading Center (Main Street, 15, Reus), the exhibition of the XIII Biennale Alejandro de la Sota – Architecture Exhibition of Tarragona is inaugurated, with the conference "From oblivion to light: the rehabilitation of Mas Totosaus" by the architect Josep Anglès Pascual. Welcome and presentation of the president of the Reading Center and the president of COAC Tarragona.
The exhibition it can be seen from September 6 to October 11, 2024 in the Fortuny room of the Reus Reading Center.
This is a sample of the projects presented in this contest which aims to distinguish the most significant works that have been built in the 2021-2022 biennium in the territorial scope of the Demarcation (Alt Camp counties, the Baix Camp, Baix Penedès, Conca de Barberà, Priorat and Tarragonès).
This exhibition, conceived as an open system with the capacity to adopt various geometries and adapt to different spaces, shows six audiovisuals that respond to each of the categories of the Biennale.
This year, of the 46 works entered in this Exhibition, the jury has decided to select 15, of which 9 have gone on to the next phase as finalist works. Finally, the jury has decided to award 6 works as winners and 1 of them has simultaneously received the seventh Alejandro de la Sota Award.
