The mission of the Association is to uphold the social value of architecture and town and country planning on behalf of both society and architects.

 In doing so, its main tasks are to:

- Oversee architectural quality.

- Provide a service for its member architects.

- Uphold, represent and promote the work of its member architects.

- Disseminate architecture both socially and culturally.
