Comunicat de solidaritat amb el Marroc pel terratrèmol del passat 8 de setembre
Expressem el nostre condol i tristesa per totes les víctimes mortals i ferits i lamentem la situació en la qual es troben a hores d’ara milers de persones, així com l’afectació sobre el patrimoni del país, que ha quedat en ruïnes.
Traslladem també tot el nostre suport als professionals de l’arquitectura marroquina davant la complexa situació en la qual ha quedat el parc edificat i la delicada missió que tenen per davant per afrontar la reconstrucció.
Una reconstrucció que s'haurà de fer seguint les tradicions arquitectòniques mil·lenàries d'aquest país i els materials propis d'aquesta terra, però complint la normativa i emprant tecnologia per garantir l'estabilitat dels edificis davant de futurs episodis sísmics.

Èxit de participació en el concurs per al comissariat del Congrés Mundial d'Arquitectes de la UIA a Barcelona 2026
Ara, un jurat de prestigi triarà els finalistes que passen a la segona fase.
El procés del concurs per al comissariat cerca propiciar un congrés que no només generi la màxima rellevància i interès per a la comunitat global d'arquitectes, sinó que de les conclusions se'n desprenguin coneixements i pràctiques de l'impacte real en el dia a dia de les persones i el futur del planeta.
The rules of the contest detail which are the items that must be included in the 700.000 € and which are excluded. The 700.000 € are notthe full budget of the congress. In the proposal, the teams must explain how they would use these 700K euros for the actions they propose and that are against this budget. Teams can also propose actions that could be the subject of private sponsorship if they consider it so. It will be the task of the jury to assess the clarity and suitability of the budget presented by the teams in the whole of the proposal presented.
As indicated in the rules, the rental of congress spaces is not within the budget of 700K or its preparation. An infrastructural endowment should only be provided if spaces are proposed for the sessions without any preparation to host events of this type (for example, a park or open space).
It should be borne in mind that the final decision on the specific spaces in which the congress will be held will be taken jointly between the winners of the contest and the organization, trying to choose the spaces that best adapt to the congress structure that emerges from the contest.
It is not possible at this time to venture how many attendees we will have, although as a reference, between 6000 and 7000 congressmen attended the Copenhagen congress.
Whatever the space chosen, public or private, within the 700.000 € there is no need to foresee the rental cost of those spaces.
The first round of the contest is anonymous. So the assessment of the capacity of the proposed team will only occur in the second round of the jury for the 5 finalists. In this second session, the jury will be able to ask questions and talk with the teams and these types of issues can be addressed directly between the team and the jury. Important: Please note that the first round is anonymous and no name of the proposed team for the commissioner can appear on the 4 A3 panels.
The documentation can be submitted in any of the languages provided: Catalan, Spanish or English. From the organization we will attach translations of the texts present in the panels when necessary for the understanding of the jury.
In the case of teams that pass to the second phase, from the organization we will analyze if it is necessary to request any documentation to verify the veracity of the declaration.
La Policia Nacional alerta de ciberatacs a estudis d'arquitectura
SISTEMA DE CIBERATAC
Segons informa la Policia Nacional, en aquest cas, els atacants envien un correu electrònic a determinades empreses d'arquitectura des d'un domini del tipus "fotoprix.eu" (sense que existeixi aquest domini), o d'altres tipus (fleca, ferreteria, etc.), sol·licitant pressupost per realitzar una reforma a la seu de l'empresa.
Després de diversos correus electrònics, els atacants proposen concretar una data per a una reunió inicial i així poder fixar el pressupost, però, com a requisit previ a aquesta, envien mitjançant "WeTransfer" uns documents amb les especificacions de la reforma perquè l'empresa d'arquitectura pugui ajustar el pressupost al màxim a les necessitats.
Quan la víctima descarrega el fitxer i l'executa al seu ordinador, aquest queda automàticament xifrat i els ciberdelinqüents sol·liciten un rescat per recuperar els fitxers, les instruccions del qual queden reflectides dins d'un fitxer .txt que s'hi copia a l'equip afectat.
La campanya ha assolit un nivell de sofisticació molt alt, ja que les comunicacions dels ciberdelinqüents resulten totalment concordants i congruents, per la qual cosa les víctimes no sospiten res fins que pateixen l'encriptació dels equips.
RECOMANACIONS PER EVITAR SER VÍCTIMA DE CAMPANYES DE RANSOMWARE
- No obrir correus provinents de remitents desconeguts o dels quals no s'hagi sol·licitat informació prèvia.
- Contactar telefònicament amb el client per verificar la informació.
- No descarregar arxius adjunts de correus provinents de remitents desconeguts.
- Mantenir sempre actualitzat el sistema operatiu i l'antivirus.
- Realitzar periòdicament còpies de seguretat independents.
