ArquiTati is the title of the exhibition, which comes from merging the words “Architecture” and “Jacques Tati”.
"I recently watched two movies that my cousin, an architect, lent me: Mon oncle, (1958) and Playtime (1968), which took me back to the film sessions in my hometown. I like the combination of simplicity and careful preparation of both architecture and narration that Tati shows in his films. Moreover, it connects with my way of understanding painting. This is the origin of the pictures that we are exhibiting now in Casa Lluvià."
